Shipping Costs

It is our goal to deliver within the mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers’ local bank holidays.

Address typo? We are able to correct your address after checkout if your order has not been shipped yet. We’re not responsible for incomplete address information, if the delivery is not possible due to this, shipping fees will not be refunded.

If the order is returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts on the receiver’s behalf, re-shipping will be charged (up to 10€). Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.

Shipping fees are the receiver’s responsibility and may vary from country of destination, as mentioned in the above table.

Return Policy

Refund or Exchange?

As a Melos Rosin client, you’re entitled to a 14-day refund/exchange window once you receive your package. You may ask for a refund of your product or exchange with another rosin of your likings. In both cases, the item must be returned in its original condition, its original packaging and unused.

In case of lost packages during the return transportation we will not be held accountable. Also, please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We will only issue the refund or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition we will not be able to process refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping fees are non-returnable.

Did you receive a deformed cake?

If you receive a proven deformed product please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail to support@melosrosin.com in order to properly assist you.

After the deformity is established we will ask you to send the item back to us. We will also ask you to provide us information regarding shipping arrangements. Once receiving the aforementioned documents, you will be offered a refund or the option to exchange it for a new product.

During this procedure you will not be held responsible for any costs of any kind.

Want to cancel you order?

We are committed to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order up until the point of shipping. Once the package is shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
